You are the last set of hands before an order reaches a customer. You pick the right items, pack them to each client's standard, and get them out the door on time, for our own brands and for the companies that trust us with their fulfillment. Accuracy is the job. Speed comes with practice, and we coach you on both.
What you will do
- Pick, pack, and ship webstore and bulk orders with scanners and OneRoute.
- Pack to each client's standard: inserts, branded packaging, gift kits.
- Build kits and bundles for client programs and events.
- Receive, put away, and count inventory.
- Keep your area clean, safe, and organized.
What we expect
- Right item, right size, right box, every time.
- Orders received before cutoff ship the same day.
- Inventory goes back to its exact spot. Clean as you go.
- On time, every shift.
- One team. On a heavy day you help another area. "Not my job" is not a thing here.

Shipping Specialist

You own what leaves our dock. You choose the right carrier and service, build accurate parcel and freight shipments, and make sure every package and pallet arrives where and when it should. When something goes sideways in transit, you track it down and fix it.
What you will do
- Ship parcel orders and pick the right service for cost and in-hands date.
- Book and prepare LTL and pallet freight.
- Track shipments, solve exceptions, and file claims.
- Audit labels, addresses, and packing lists before anything leaves.
- Keep shipping records accurate in OneRoute.
What we expect

Warehouse & 3PL Project Manager
$52,000 to $67,500 per year

You run new and growing fulfillment clients from kickoff to steady state. You plan the inventory, kitting, packaging, and timeline, then make sure the floor executes it. Clients call you for a straight answer, and the floor counts on you for a clear plan.
What you will do
- Onboard new 3PL clients: receiving plans, SKU setup, packing rules, launch dates.
- Plan and run kitting, gifting, and event fulfillment projects.
- Be the main warehouse contact for your clients.
- Track accuracy and on-time shipping, and fix what slips.
- Write and improve the SOPs the floor runs on.
What we expect
- Every project has a written plan, an owner, and a date.
- Client questions answered the same day.
- Your accounts hit 98 to 99 percent inventory accuracy and on-time shipping.
- If it is not in OneRoute, it did not happen.
What you bring
- 2+ years in warehouse, 3PL, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
- Proven project management and follow-through.
- Clear, confident communication with clients and the floor.
