You turn our operations data into decisions. Which vendors are performing, where we lose time and margin, what to source where, and what to fix first. You work across sourcing, production, the warehouse, and finance, and you bring answers, not just charts.
What you will do
- Build and run operations reporting: on-time delivery, lead times, accuracy, and cost per unit.
- Track vendor and factory performance and keep the factory scorecard current.
- Analyze PO costs, freight, and landed cost, and flag margin leaks early.
- Find the bottlenecks, put a number on them, and bring a fix with an owner and a date.
- Keep operations data clean in OneRoute.
What we expect
- Weekly KPI numbers on time, every week, no reminders.
- Every figure traces to a source.
- Problems come with data and a recommendation.
- Reports come from the system, not a spreadsheet rebuilt by hand.
What you bring
- 1 to 3 years in operations, supply chain, logistics, or business analysis.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets. SQL or BI tools are a plus.
- Clear writing and the ability to explain numbers simply.
